Salt & Ice Cream Do Mix

Not salt in your ice cream, salt to make your ice cream. In the 1600's, folks figured out that salt around things lowers the freezing temperature of water and liquid - so why not ice cream. These folks were either very smart or very hungry - I say Both!!!
